Returns and Refunds Policy

At our store, we take great care in ensuring that all food, snack, and fresh products are delivered in excellent condition. If, however, your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

For damaged or faulty items, we may request supporting evidence such as photos. Once the issue is verified, you may be asked to return the product. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process a full refund, including applicable delivery charges.

Due to the nature of food and perishable products, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened and in original condition. Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
